3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
- Rescheduling: Once a coaching session has been purchased, the client may change the date and time of the session within 30 days, subject to coach availability.

Cancellation: If the client wishes to cancel the session, 10% of the total session fee will be retained. The remaining amount will be refunded using the same payment method within 21 business days of the cancellation.
4. Client Responsibilities: The client agrees to provide truthful and complete information and to attend scheduled sessions on time.
5. Limitation of Liability: Thomas Lau Coaching is not responsible for any decisions made by the client based on coaching sessions.
6. Modifications: Thomas Lau Coaching reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect when they are posted on the Site.
